Remote Support

You download a small remote access tool (like AnyDesk or TeamViewer), share a one-time session code with our technician, and grant permission. The technician connects to your screen, diagnoses the issue, and fixes it while you watch everything in real time. You can disconnect at any time.
Yes. We use AES-256 encrypted connections, one-time session codes, and you maintain full control throughout. You watch everything on your screen and can disconnect instantly at any point. We never install permanent access tools or store your personal data.
Most software-related issues can be handled remotely: slow performance, virus/malware removal, Windows errors and blue screens, driver problems, software installation, system optimization, email setup, printer configuration, data backup, operating system repairs, and more. Hardware issues (broken screen, faulty RAM, etc.) require our ship-in service.
We primarily specialize in Windows desktops and laptops. However, we can also help with common macOS issues and basic Linux troubleshooting. Contact us with your specific issue and we'll let you know upfront if we can help.

Pricing & Payment

The ₹500 payment reserves dedicated technician time and ensures commitment from both sides. It covers the diagnostic and most common software fixes. If we can't resolve your issue, we'll refund the full amount — no questions asked.
For complex issues that require extended time or specialized intervention, we'll pause and provide a clear quote before proceeding. You always approve the additional cost before we continue. There are never surprise charges.
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and for international customers, PayPal. We do not accept payments via gift cards or cryptocurrency.
Yes. If we're unable to fix your issue during a remote session, we refund the ₹500 in full. No arguments, no fine print. For ship-in repairs, if we determine a repair isn't cost-effective, we'll return your device without charge (you only pay return shipping).

Ship-In Repair

Pack your device securely and ship it to our Bangalore facility (we'll provide the address and packing guidelines). We diagnose the issue, provide a detailed quote with breakdown, and proceed with repair only after your written approval. Once fixed, we test thoroughly and ship it back. Average turnaround is 3-5 business days after receiving your device.
You cover shipping to us, and we cover return shipping within India. For Bangalore residents, we offer free local pickup and delivery. For international ship-in, shipping costs are borne by the customer in both directions.
We treat your data with the highest respect. Our technicians only access files necessary for repair. We never copy, browse, or share your personal data. For added security, we recommend backing up and encrypting sensitive files before shipping. You can also set a BIOS password.

Pre-Owned Devices

Every pre-owned device undergoes our rigorous 50-point quality check: battery health, screen quality, keyboard/trackpad, ports, Wi-Fi, speakers, internal components, hard drive health, RAM stability test, stress test, and cosmetic inspection. Only devices that pass all checks are listed for sale.
Yes. All pre-owned devices come with a 6-month hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failure. This does not cover physical damage (drops, spills) or software issues. Extended warranty options may be available for select devices.
Yes! We buy used laptops and desktops in fair or better condition. Contact us with the brand, model, specifications, and condition, and we'll provide a fair market quote within 24 hours. We handle pickup in Bangalore for free.

General

No, we don't offer on-site visits. Our model is designed around remote support (worldwide) and ship-in repair (to Bangalore), which lets us provide faster service at lower costs compared to traditional on-site repair.
Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time). We are closed on Sundays and major Indian national holidays. Messages received outside business hours will be responded to first thing the next working day.
Yes. All repairs come with a 30-day warranty covering the same issue. Pre-owned devices come with a 6-month hardware warranty. If the problem recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no additional cost.
