Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website (quicktechpro.in) or using any services provided by QuickTech Pro ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

QuickTech Pro provides the following services:

  • Remote Computer Support: Software troubleshooting, optimization, virus removal, and diagnostics via remote access tools
  • Ship-In Repair: Hardware and software repairs at our Bangalore facility for devices shipped to us
  • Pre-Owned Devices: Sale of quality-tested used laptops and desktops with warranty
  • Buying Guidance: Expert consultation for purchasing new laptops and desktops

3. Remote Support Terms

  • A ₹500 upfront payment is required to initiate a remote support session.
  • By granting remote access, you authorize our technician to access your computer for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving the reported issue.
  • You retain the right to disconnect the session at any time.
  • We recommend closing sensitive applications (banking, password managers) before the session.
  • If we are unable to resolve the issue during the session, the ₹500 will be refunded in full.
  • Additional charges for complex issues will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

4. Ship-In Repair Terms

  • You are responsible for securely packing and shipping your device to our facility.
  • QuickTech Pro is not responsible for damage during transit to our facility. We recommend using insured shipping.
  • A diagnostic fee may apply. This will be communicated before shipping.
  • Repairs proceed only after you approve the quoted price in writing (email or WhatsApp).
  • If you decline the repair, your device will be returned at your shipping cost.
  • Return shipping within India is covered by QuickTech Pro for approved repairs.
  • Turnaround time of 3-5 business days is an estimate and may vary based on parts availability.

5. Pre-Owned Device Terms

  • All pre-owned devices undergo a 50-point quality check before listing.
  • Cosmetic condition (scratches, minor dents) is disclosed in the listing description.
  • Pre-owned devices come with a 6-month hardware warranty covering defects.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage (drops, liquid spills), software issues, or normal wear and tear.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the device does not match the described specifications.

6. Warranty

  • Remote support: 30-day warranty on the same issue resolved during the session.
  • Ship-in repairs: 30-day warranty on the specific repair performed.
  • Pre-owned devices: 6-month hardware warranty from date of delivery.
  • Warranty claims must be initiated by contacting us via email or WhatsApp with your original service reference.

7. Payment Terms

We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and PayPal. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at the time of service or as communicated. We do not accept gift cards or cryptocurrency as payment.

8. Refund Policy

  • Remote support: Full refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Ship-in repair: Refund minus diagnostic fee if you decline the repair quote.
  • Pre-owned devices: Full refund within 7 days if device doesn't match description. Device must be in received condition.
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuickTech Pro's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, data loss during repair (we recommend backing up before service), third-party software or hardware failures, or indirect/consequential damages. We strongly advise backing up all important data before any repair service.

10. Data Backup Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your data during service, we cannot guarantee against data loss. It is your responsibility to back up important data before sending your device for repair or granting remote access. QuickTech Pro is not liable for data loss that may occur during the repair process.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code — is the property of QuickTech Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
